Kora is a social media marketing agency based in Cape Town, South Africa. This policy covers the information collected through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your social handle, the size range of your following, and your message. We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or financial information anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to assess whether we are a good fit for each other. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a managed database hosted in the European Union, and this website is served by Vercel. Both providers act as processors on our behalf. Access is limited to Kora staff who need it to respond to you.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. If you are in the UK or EU, the equivalent rights under UK GDPR and GDPR apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
