What do you actually do?
We make your content, grow the audience, run your community and handle the reporting. Concretely: our crew shoots and edits with you in person every week, we grow your accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit, a trained team handles your inbox and comments, and independent professionals set up your accounting and tax. You film. We handle the rest.
Do I have to be in Cape Town?
To get the full service, yes. The crew, the gear and the studio are all here, and being in the same room is most of what makes this work. If you are serious and based elsewhere in South Africa, talk to us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it can work remotely.
Who handles my inbox and comments?
A trained team on our side, briefed on your voice and your limits before they send a single message. You tell us what is off limits and that is where the line stays.
Will you push me to do things I am not comfortable with?
No. We set your limits in the first conversation (what you will do, what you will not, what you do not want public) and we build the strategy inside them. If a tactic would cross that line, we do not use it.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Anyone promising you a number is not being straight with you. What we can promise is the process: real content direction every week, growth run by people who have done it before, and honest reporting on what is working and what is not. Outcomes depend on you as much as us.
How soon will I see something?
Most clients see real movement within the first month or two once the content and posting are consistent. The bigger compounding results tend to show up over three months or so. Anyone quoting you faster is selling.
I am starting from almost nothing. Is that a problem?
No, and it is often easier. With a new account we build the foundation first (positioning, a content library, a posting rhythm) before pushing for scale. No bad habits to undo.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish a number we would have to walk back. You will get a straight answer on the first call, in full, before you commit to anything.
What do you need from me?
Your limits, your goals, and the willingness to turn up and film on a schedule. That is genuinely it. We bring the concepts, the crew, the gear, the editing, the publishing and the strategy.
Which platforms do you work on?
Usually Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit, depending on your content and your audience. Instagram and TikTok tend to do the heavy lifting on reach; X and Reddit are strong for engaged communities.
Do you handle brand deals?
Yes. We screen inbound enquiries before they reach you, benchmark rates rather than guessing, get deliverables and usage terms written down, and produce the campaign content to the same standard as your own.
Do you take everyone?
No. We run a limited roster so that every client gets real production time. We would rather turn someone down than take them on and do a mediocre job.
